On behalf of the Board of Directors, Durham Family Court Clinic is pleased to announce that, effective November 23, 2007, Diane Shea has been appointed as the agency's Executive Director. Ms. Shea has played a strong leadership role at DFCC since June 2006, when she assumed the role of Director of Operations and since August 2007 as the Acting Executive Director.

Ms. Shea brings to the Executive Director position many years of management experience in corporate, not-for-profit and government environments in a variety of organizations including the Art Gallery of Ontario, Toronto Zoo and Correctional Service of Canada. Her breadth of knowledge and experience in financial, human resources, policy development and operations management is a valued resource to DFCC as the agency continues to support its mission and the strategic expansion of the service spectrum. As Executive Director, she looks forward to undertaking her new role and leading DFCC during an exciting time of growth and development.
