Charitable Donations
Donations, sponsorship and in-kind support are essential in helping DFCC continue to meet the needs of the young people and families with whom we work.
Often our young people and their families are isolated and voiceless, with little hope or belief that positive change is possible. Donations to our Seeds of Hope fund help break down barriers and offer opportunities and resources for young people and families who access our programs.
Our range of programs establish the necessary building blocks to enhance the health and well-being of young people and families. Together, we’ll plant the Seeds of Hope and create the promise of a brighter future for our young people and families for safe, hopeful, healthy communities.
