About Our Programs

Since 1980, DFCC has offered a wide range of programs and services for young people and families in Durham Region. These include specialized assessment, counselling and mental health supports for youth in conflict with the law and their families; intensive one-to-one outreach support for youth who are high risk (12-21); supportive educational programming for students (12-18) through our two on-site classrooms; free violence prevention workshops for grades 8-12; and specialized assessment/counselling services for youth (12-18) and families.
